Shipping

1.      SHIPPING RATES

We ship Express worldwide. All packages are insured with a tracking number at a flat rate listed below:

• Italy: €20

• European Union: €30 

• Outside EU €70 
Please note that customers are to take care of any duty and tax fees. Customers will correspond this amount to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.

Shipping is free for orders over €500. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order automatically at checkout.

2.      DELIVERY PERIOD

Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders above 1000€ may take additional 1-3 business days for the customs declaration.

Once the package is scanned out of our warehouse, the estimated delivery period is as below:

Italy: 2-3 business days

Rest of EU: 2-5 business days

Outside of EU: 2-5 business days

The delivery period is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We will always aim to deliver your goods within the estimated delivery period, however, please take into account external issues that may arise outside of our control.

3.      DELIVERY TIME

Groovin processes orders in Italy, Rome from Monday through Friday. Groovin processes orders the day after the order’s placement, or the next available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Groovin ships all over the world via DHL Express. Groovin cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Groovin control.

4.      DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

5.      HOLIDAY PERIOD

Summer: We are on summer break from 10 – 20 August. Any orders made from the 8th of August will be processed from the 22nd of August.

Christmas: To receive your orders on time, we advise you to place the order before the following dates:
- Italy: 19 Dec
- Rest of EU, Non-EU: 16 Dec

We are closed between 24 Dec–2 Jan. Any orders made during this period will be shipped after 2 Jan 2023.

Extended holiday return period: If your order was placed after 1st December, you will have until the first week of January to return the item(s) bought during this time. If you have any questions, please contact ask@groovin.ask.

6.      ORDERS PROCESSING

Orders made of available items, upon confirmation of their availability and check of the bank transaction, will be processed the next working day of the order’s placement. Groovin reserves the right to refuse an order in the case in which Global Collect does not obtain the approval from customer’s bank.

Once an order made of available items have been placed, the order and any other information provided cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be dispatched separately.
Groovin reserves the right to delay any shipment in case Groovin Store cannot properly process orders due to any reasonable causes. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delays can occur in the orders’ processing.

Groovin reserves the right to refuse to process orders and/or service in any moment.

7.      SHIPMENT TRACKING

Groovin delivers parcels all over the world via DHL Express.
When the order will be delivered to the courier, customers receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) related to the order.
To monitor the status of your order, customers may visit DHL official website
http://www.dhl.com and insert the given AWB number in the specific area “Track Your Shipment”.

According to the current international regulations of commerce, there will be an official invoice inside the parcel, along with the merchandise. The invoice will carry the total amount of the purchased merchandise in the same currency of the original order. Also, the invoice will show the amount of each item purchased.

8.      DELIVERY

At delivery time, customers are kindly invited to carefully inspect the parcel before signing and confirming the completed delivery of the same.
In case the customer receives a parcel that has been opened by Customs or by the Carrier for authorized inspections, the parcel will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific body.
If the parcel appears damaged, or the adhesive tape not intact, customer is kindly invited to sign the delivery of the parcel with the note “Received unchecked”, or to refuse the delivery of the parcel. In case the parcel will not result untouched, customer is kindly invited to open a claim with the local DHL office and promptly contact Groovin at the e-mail address
ask@groovin.ask.
If the parcel is not intact, and the customer signs the delivery without the note “Received Unchecked”, delivery will be deemed automatically accepted and consequently Groovin will not accept any related claim.

9.      FAILED DELIVERY

By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Groovin and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender Groovin in Italy at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded. 

10.   SHIPPING PERFUMES

Perfumes are deemed “dangerous goods” and are subject to the IATA regulation for the air transport. Perfumes will be shipped with specific packaging boxes and seals; and cannot exceed 150 ml. In case an order includes a perfume and other clothing merchandise, perfumes will be processed separately from the customized box of Groovin. Also, Groovin cannot pack any perfumes with the gift box, so the amount paid for the gift box will be refunded.

According to the IATA regulation, it is not possible to send perfumes all over the world. Please note that below customers can find all the countries where perfumes can and will be sent: AFGHANISTAN, AUSTRIA, BAHRAIN, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK (GREENLAND EXCLUDED), ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, HUNGARY, ICELAND, IRAQ, IRELAND, ISRAEL, ITALY, UWAIT, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, MONACO, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL (MADEIRA EXCLUDED), SAN MARINO, SAUDI ARABIA, SLOVAKIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, UNITED KINGDOM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, VATICAN CITY.

11.   WARNING FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (RUSSIA)

Groovin informs that it is not allowed to send jewellery and fashion jewellery to the Russian Federation.
